Shaima is a James Madison University alumni with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and a minor in Human Resource Development.

She was born in New Jersey, but her roots are from Kurdistan, and her cultural background has shaped her values of resilience, adaptability, and hard work. Being a first-generation college graduate, she takes pride in pushing boundaries and setting new goals for herself.

Beyond her professional interests, she loves hiking, reading, baking, and spending time with her friends and family. Whether it’s exploring new trails, diving into a good book, or perfecting a new dessert recipe, she enjoys embracing creativity and personal growth in all aspects of her life.

She’s always eager to learn, take on new adventures, and connect with inspiring people all while staying true to her passions and embracing every opportunity that come her way!
